John O'Groats and The Far North Tour

Yesterday I went on the John O'Groats and The Far North Tour with Highland Experience tours.  Our guide was Ian (look at that, introduced him at the start this time hehe).  It was a very good tour for one that is the same route up as it is back.  We went along the coast up to the very top point of Scotland which is not an Island and its in a town called John O'Groats and then we came back down.  On the way up and back we stopped at a few small fishing villages for photos and I took some from the bus of the coast, though it is very similar to the NZ coast so did spend most the time just enjoying the scenery.  Got some more random stories and some were good, some not so much.  We did stop at Dunrobin Castle on the way back to have a look at the grounds, was disappointed there was no maze, all castles should have a maze especially if they are as big as that one is.

At one of the random fishing villages

Chilling at lunch time, we took our own lunch so sat in the conservatory to eat (others were in the pub)

Lunchtime fun when we got bored, Missie is pretty proud of herself for spelling my name in stones hehe

Missie made some friends who are from Canada

The lighthouse at the top of Scotland

Some of the stacks on the coast

It was so windy Missie's scarf kept flying everywhere

The signpost at the top of the world (my second one lol)

We found home :D

Cool bridge in another lil village

Most of the castle grounds (couldn't fit all into one pic), see plenty of space for a maze if they wanted one
