Missie has returned

Some of you may have noticed Missie's absence over the past view weeks, this is not because I don't love her, cos of course I do, but because she has been hanging out with Sus and going on adventures with him and Doffy.  She has been to every hut on the mountain as well as every peak, including the summit :)  Its a good thing she had the sense to befriend someone as active as Sus otherwise she would still be waiting for most the peaks and some of the huts.  Doffy has been nice enough to share the photos he has of Missie and Sus so that me, and therefore everyone, can enjoy seeing her adventures :)

Missie has now returned to hang with her big bro's Glenny and Fishy for a while.  I am pretty sure they will try to corrupt her but am not worried cos I know she can hold her own :)

HMS Belfast

The HMS Belfast was a wicked awesome distraction yesterday. We didn't even know it existed let alone that you could go on and explore all how ever many levels there are. There are a bunch below the main deck and some above, yes there is a guidebook I got and fully intended to look at but was more fun running up and down the ladders and sides we figured Brudda would like it :)

I will admit Missie and I got a lil lost at times, esp in the boiler room which is actually below the waterline :) but it turns out that Missie can do every job on the boat so we were never in any danger :) she did love playing with the missiles though, maybe I should be a little worried...

We also chilled in the Admirals Chair for a bit but don't worry, we know we are not admirals cos duh I'm a king and Missie is a queen :) hehe

We spent a good hour and bit just wandering around, am sure if you read all the notices and signs and listened to audio guide it would take a couple hours atlst :) such a fun time :)

Missie's train trip home

Missie kept herself happily entertained on the train ride home from Newcastle while both Jo and I regretted not taking books. She even fitted in a gym workout at one point before finally settling down to have a nap...

A typical day

So JB says she ain't been up to much which is why she ain't posted for a bit so we thought we would hi-jack her blog and show you what we get up to while she is at work, the blog has my name on it now so we ain't being naughty or anything. 

This is where we sleep, and when JB has gone to work we like trying on whichever pair of glasses she has left behind

Sometimes we make up stories about JBs life before we all met, I like being the storyteller most so Russ and Harry usually let me :)

I am also good at getting Russ ready for when we go home, Harry says he is a Scottish bear so will be staying here and will find a new family when we go but Russ is keen to come see NZ 

If it's sunny we sunbathe for a bit, this does not happen all that often being Scotland though

We chat to other bears using JBs computer to fill in time and also cos it's fun as

In the afternoon we usually watch a movie or two cos we get sleepy and need to rest, it's hard work being this active

Then JB comes home and says hi to us all and fills us in on her day which is sometimes a rant but we don't mind, we let her rant then offer her hugs cos we are good like that :)

And that is a day in the life of us :)
